Common Questions
How do I set or change my reminders?
Go to Profile, then Daily reminders. Turn reminders on, then add up to six times a day. You can change or remove any time there.
My reminders aren’t arriving. What should I check?
First, make sure notifications are allowed in your iPhone Settings under The Stress Reset, then Notifications. Then open Profile, then Daily reminders, and confirm reminders are on and your times are set. If they still don’t arrive, email us.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send you a link to set a new one. After you reset it, come back to the App and sign in with your new password.
Can I edit or delete a journal entry?
Yes. Open the entry in Journal and choose Edit or Delete. Deleted entries are removed permanently.
How do I update my name or email?
Go to Profile, make your changes, and tap Save changes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all of your data, including check-ins, journal entries, and reminders. This can’t be undone.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your check-ins and journal entries are visible only to you. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
Is The Stress Reset a substitute for therapy or medical care?
No. The Stress Reset is a tool for everyday stress awareness and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the U.S. or call 911.
